The earth has nothing, Ps. 73:25AMP

Whom have I in Heaven (but You)?  And besides You, I desire nothing on earth.  Ps. 73:25 AMP

David as always is direct and to the point.  David's love of God and only God is unquestionable in this one verse.  Our love of God and all that He is should be just as unquestionable as this passage.  If we lived by this passage...

There is no one in Heaven but Him.  All glory and honor and praise belongs to Him.  David gave all of that to Him in one statement:  Whom have I in Heaven but You?  There is only one answer.

The second part of this passage is amazing.  It should be our daily mindset.  The NIV says it best:  And earth has nothing I desire besides You.  The earth has nothing.  The earth has nothing. The earth has nothing I desire besides You.  There is nothing on this earth that can save, love, protect or heal you like God can.  Nothing  compares to You Lord.  You are our all in all.  Lord You are everything and have everything I need, want and desire.  

The earth has nothing.
