Renew dat mind, Eph. 4:23amp

23 and be continually renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh, untarnished mental and spiritual attitude],  Eph. 4:23 AMP (Read Eph. 4)

Here's Paul touching base on Rom. 12:2 with the Ephesians.  This is a reminder that renewing our mind is a daily thing.  It is something we will always have to do until we go home.  As long as you are human you will have to renew your mind daily.  However, the more you do it, the easier it should become.

Three ways you can renew that carnal mind of yours:

First, meditate and read the Word everyday.  And then pray about what you've read.  Ask the Lord to give you insight and wisdom about what you just read.  How can you apply it to your life? (Read Romans 10 & 12)

Second, start listening to more praise and worship.  Start your day with worship. Change your music listening habits. (Read Romans 14)

Third, surround yourself with believers.  Not just once a week but daily.  Heb. 10:25 does not mean a building. We are the church! Read the Book of Acts. (Read 1 Cor. 15:33 & Prov. 27:17) (Song: Peter, John & James, by Eddie Clark)
