Our hearts must follow Him... 1 Kings 8:57-58AMP

May the L ord our God be with us as He was with our fathers; may He not leave us nor abandon us [to our enemies], that He may guide our hearts to Himself, to walk in all His ways [following Him] and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His precepts which He commanded our fathers.  1 Kings 8:57-58AMP

God will always be with us, no matter our circumstances and no matter what happens in our lives.  He is and will always be there to lift us up, lead and guide us (Heb. 13:5).  As we know, He examines hearts (1 Sam. 16:7), therefore our hearts go to Him because they are not only troubled but fickle.  Our hearts need a savior, a comforter, a healer, the Almighty.  Our hearts have always know this (Rom. 1:19-20), thus they struggle with it because of they're waywardness.  

However, with HIs guidance, if we follow His Word (Ps. 119:11), we can stay focused.  We will find help in our time of need.  We will find healing.  We will find rest.
