The only Reason for the season! John 1:14NIV

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.  John 1:14 NIV

 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.  John 3:17 NIV

John 3:16, Psalm 86:15 & Matthew 9:36

The reason for the season will always be Jesus.  It will never be about anything else but Christ.  "Christ" mas.  It is Jesus' birth.  Not mine. Not yours. Not Santa. Not presents.  Not shopping.  Not food or drink.  Not Christmas movies.  Not video games.  Not how many followers you have on social media.  Not how big your church is or how many people showed up at your church last night.  

The Word became flesh and dwelt among us! God's gift to us, the greatest gift of all time, is God sending His son to us.  He came to SAVE us, not to condemn us (John 3:17).  He so loved us, had compassion on us, that He sent Jesus.  Through Him and only Him are we and can we be saved.
