Won't He Do It?! Numbers 23:19AMP

God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken and will He not make it good and fulfill it?  Numbers 23:19AMP

God is not a man, period.  He is God.  He cannot lie (Heb. 6:18).  He cannot sin.  He is not a son of man, so He has no need to repent.  He can't, He does not sin.  Whatever He speaks happens.  Whenever He speaks He creates (Gen. 1).  He will not and cannot lie; and He fulfills whatever He has spoken (2 Cor. 1:20).  If He said it, won't He do it?  We always use that catch phrase, "Won't He do it?"  Next time we say it, let's remember Numbers 23:19 and mean it when we say it, because He does.
