Calling on You, Ps. 119:145amp

Ps. 119:145 (AMP) I cried with all my heart; answer me O Lord!  I will observe Your statues.  

Ps. 119:145 (NIV) I call with all my heart; answer me, O Lord, and I will obey Your decrees. 

David's plea is our plea.  David's calling out is what our cry should be daily.  Don't whisper; don't be timid but call out to Him with all of your heart.  No matter your circumstances your only help in your time of trouble is the Lord.  Your only stable foundation when there is no trouble is the Lord.  I'm reminded of one of Christian Metal's most famous choruses and a verse:  

Calling on You, Calling on You 

Calling on You, Now

You make my life complete

You give me all I need

He will answer.  Then you and I will obey His decrees.  We must observe His statues.  But, we must also continue to do so even when He hasn't answered them or if we think or if it seems as if He hasn't answered them.  We must still be faithful because He is forever faithful to us.
