Direct my footsteps, Ps. 119:132-33niv

Ps. 119:132-33 (NIV), Turn to me and have mercy on me, as you always do to those who love Your name.  Direct my footsteps according to Your Word; let no sin rule over me.

Keywords:  as you always do.  He is the same yesterday, today and forever.  He will always have mercy on you.  He will always have mercy on those who call on and love His name.  His compassion, mercy and grace is eternal.  They are always available to you.

But that second part though:  "Direct my footsteps according to Your Word; let no sin rule over me".  Go back to Ps. 119:11, hide the  word in your heart so that you won't sin against Him.  Go back to Ps. 119:105, let His Word be a light to your feet and light your path, so you can see where you are going.  If His Word is lighting your path, you can avoid sin.  If His Word is a light unto your path, you can avoid letting sin rule over you.  If you hide it in your heart, sin will not overtake you.  If you hide His Word in your heart then you already know you can call on Him and He will save you. (1 Cor. 10:13) If you have hidden His Word in your heart then you know He has already provided your way out.  Praise Him!
