Habitually, Galatians 5:16amp

But I say, walk habitually in the [Holy] Spirit [seek Him and be responsive to His guidance], and then you will certainly not carry out the desire of the [a]sinful nature [which responds impulsively without regard for God and His precepts].

Galatians 5:16amp

Habitually.  Paul tells us in this scripture to “walk habitually” in the Spirit and to seek Him and to be responsive to Him; and to be responsive to His guidance.  We can’t do that if we are not doing this out of habit.

The definition of habitually is to regularly or repeatedly do or practice something or acting in some manner.  So, we are to repeatedly walk and regularly walk in the Holy Spirit.  To regularly practice walking in the Spirit.  This is daily.  Daily, daily, daily.  24/7, 365, by staying in your Word and praying.  And by surrounding yourself with praise and worship as part of your daily routine.  For instance, waking up with praise and worship each morning before you start your day.  We can continue to usher in the Spirit into our lives daily.  Habitually.

Let’s walk habitually.
