Your Grace came at a Great Price, Ps. 103:10amp
Devo 2/25/25…
He has not dealt with us according to our sins [as we deserve],
Nor rewarded us [with punishment] according to our wickedness. Ps. 103:10amp
David knew the definition of grace. Ps. 103:10 is that definition. God has not dealt with you according to your sins as you deserve, nor has He rewarded you with punishment according to your wickedness. John 3:17 supports that: For God did not send the Son into the world to judge and condemn the world [that is, to initiate the final judgment of the world], but that the world might be saved through Him.
Jesus was sent to save us, not to give us what we deserve. God sending Jesus was His grace towards us. God sent Himself as grace to extend us the grace that we needed to be saved.
Gentle reminder: don’t take your grace for granted and don’t abuse the grace that God has extended to you. Your grace came at a great price. Praise Him today that He is a compassionate God who extends grace and compassion to all.
Stay humble and thankful: remember on the daily that you are not getting what you deserve.
