This is Not the Time to Give Up Hope, Prov. 23:18amp

Proverbs 23:18 AMP

[18] Surely there is a future [and a reward], And your hope and expectation will not be cut off.

Read that one more time!  You have a future.  You have a reward coming.  Your hope and expectation will not be cut off.  Those of us “going through it” right now need to hear that.  If that’s you right now do not be discouraged.  God has heard your prayer.  Now is not the time to give up hope: 

this is not the end of the road

it goes on for maybe miles and miles

this is not the time to give up hope

As sung by King’s X.  I know it’s easier said than done but it can be done (Phil. 4:13).  Our God is the God of Hope.  And He is also the God of Peace. (Rom. 15:13)  He will give you peace in whatever situation you may be in right now but in that is also the hope that He will never fail you and He is going to answer your prayers.  Our God is always right on time.  He has not forgotten you.  Now is the time to continue to press in with prayer.  Now is the time to keep seeking and knocking.  Now is the time of expectation.  This is not the end of the road.
