John 16:33 AMP

[33] I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace. In the world you have tribulation and distress and suffering, but be courageous [be confident, be undaunted, be filled with joy]; I have overcome the world.” [My conquest is accomplished, My victory abiding.]

Hello!? Why are you worried about what the world thinks?  Why are you worried about what the world does? Who cares!?  The One who lives inside of you has overcome the world! Therefore you have done so too! Therefore do not fear the world because the creator of the universe is inside of you!  The scripture says “be confident, be undaunted, be filled with joy”.  Yes, you are going to experience life but your “perfect” peace is in Him!  Your perfect peace is in the joy of knowing that He has overcome the world.  That’s what He did on Resurrection Day! Not only did He defeat sin and death, He overcame the world.  His sacrifice destroyed any hold the world thought it may have over you! Walk in it today and always!
