Where the Spirit of the Lord Is, Gal. 5:18AMP

Galatians 5:18AMP, But if you are guided and led by the Spirit, you are not subject to the law.

If you are led by the Spirit, then the law can’t hold you.  You are free in the Spirit.  Let’s go back to the foundation of this whole chapter, Galatians 5:1; It was for this freedom that Christ set us free [completely liberating us]; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery [which you once removed]. 

Christ dying for us fulfilled the law thus making us not only righteous in His Father’s eyes but therefore freeing us from it because through Him we fulfill it because He died for us.  By Christ living inside us it frees us from trying to have to live up to something we can’t in the first place.  Christ did it for us.  So, being led by the Spirit He left here for us, we are not subject to the law, thus we are free.  

Live and walk in the Spirit.

Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom (2 Cor. 3:17).
