Repent & Renew, Acts 3:19amp

Acts 3:19 AMP

[19] So repent [change your inner self—your old way of thinking, regret past sins] and return [to God—seek His purpose for your life], so that your sins may be wiped away [blotted out, completely erased], so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord [restoring you like a cool wind on a hot day]; 

As I have said to many people numerous times:  tomorrow may never come.  Turn away from your sins now.  Don’t wait for tomorrow or the most opportune time.  You have no idea how long you have left on this planet.  Accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour today (Rom. 10:9-10).  Today is the day of salvation.  Get those sins wiped away (Ps. 103:3) and blotted out and start fresh; start brand new.  Seek HIS purpose for your life.  Not yours or the world’s or someone else’s.  His purpose for your life.  Be refreshed and renewed today in His presence.  Nothing of this world or this universe can refresh you like the Lord.  Nothing can comfort you or restore your peace like the Holy Spirit.  Turn away from sin (Ps. 119:37), return to God and be renewed. Repent, refresh and renew.
