His plans, Proverbs 16:1 ESV

The plans of the heart belong to man,

    but the answer of the tongue is from the Lord.  Proverbs 16:1 ESV

It’s always interesting how we “make” plans.  How we decided when, where and what we’re going to do.  We even create vision boards or write down goals.  We make notes in our cellphones and set up dates with others.  But, ultimately the final outcome is the Lord’s.  In the end, it is His plans that will always come through.  It is His will that is always final.  His plans are sovereign.  You may be thinking one thing but the Lord has other plans.  Not plans to harm you but to give you hope and a future.  He has plans to bless you above what you originally planned.  His plans are beyond anything you could imagine or think.  This is why we must be still and know that He is God.   When we are still, that ‘s when He blesses us.  When we stop being busy trying to do everything under the sun, if we would just stop and let God be God, that’s when we see Him move.  There is nothing wrong with planning because it pays off to be prepared but when you put those plans in the hands of the Lord the blessings abound.
