Praise His Name, Heb. 13:15ESV

Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.  Hebrews 13:15

Good morning!  What is the scripture telling us today?  It is direct and simple as always.  I don’t understand why humans try to make the good news difficult when it’s not.  We must continually seek to praise Him.  That is our sacrifice daily to Him:  the sacrifice of praise.  We do this through acknowledging His name.  Not your name, the name of your spouse, your co-worker, your supervisor, your favorite podcast host or politician.  His name! And His name is Jesus!  When you wake the first thing you should do is speak His name.  All day, everyday and wherever you go never tire or be afraid to speak His name.   And right before you lay down to go to sleep, speak His name.  There doesn’t have to be musical accompaniment for you to praise His name.  Just by acknowledging who He is in public and in private gives honor to Him.  Declare Him boldly wherever you are today, tomorrow and always. May His name always be on your lips.
