Live in Peace! Matthew 5:9

The NLT says, "God blesses those who work for peace, for they will be called the children of God."  Matt. 5:9

Let's look at the TPT version, "How joyful you are when you make peace!  For then you will be recognized as a true child of God." Matt. 5:9

In other words, we shouldn't be the ones causing dissentions, strife, drama, altercations, instigations, etc.  We as believers shouldn't be causing arguments, we should be settling them.  We shouldn't be the cause of tension when we enter a room, when we enter, perfect peace which transcends all understanding should come with us (Phil. 4:7).  If that's not you, then you need to rethink your walk with Christ.  If you want the world to recognize you as one of His, you must be an ambassador of peace.  If you want Him to recognize you as one of His, live in peace.  Operate in peace daily.
