Devo 7/17/23...

The Lord is my light and my salvation, so why should I be afraid?  Ps. 27:1 NLT

David asks a great question in this Psalm:

So why should I be afraid? Truth! 

Why should you be afraid?  Anyone or anything should fear you. They should fear you because their arms are too short to box with God and even if they could they would get knocked out long before they thought they could touch one of His children.

This should be our mindset everyday.  Our perpetual mindset should be I fear no man and no situation because the Lord is my light and my salvation.  The creator of the universe lives in me!
