Remember this: if you have a lofty opinion of yourself and seek to be honored, you will be humbled. But if you have a modest opinion of yourself and choose to humble yourself, you will be honored. Matt. 23:12 TPT

Jesus flat out tells us: stay humble.  You are not all that and a bag of chips. You are not the 8 essential vitamins and minerals. You are not the queen bee or the big dog. You are not running anything.  You don't own anything or know everything. Sit down and chill. Be still and know that He is God. He is God all by Himself and He don't need nobody else. We are all here because of Him. All we have we owe to Him. He is creator and sustainer of all things. (Prov. 9:10) Remember: if you wish to be honored in life, stay humble.
