Be salty! Col. 4:6 AMP

Let your speech at all times be gracious and pleasant, seasoned with salt, so that you will know how to answer each one [who questions you].  Col. 4:6 AMP

Definitely a reminder for us today.  Especially for those of us whose jobs put us working with the public and in charge of four or more employees.  This is a "DiNozzo" moment for me and maybe for others reading this.  

Always extend grace to everyone because it was and has been to you.  To be "seasoned with salt" is to not only taste good but to be good to others.  We all know food that isn't seasoned leaves a bad taste in your mouth.  Let's not leave the people around us with a bad taste in their mouth about how we treated them.  

By remembering and continuing to do so, we'll know how to answer someone when we are questioned about anything in our lives.  This gives new meaning to being salty.
