Ps. 55:22 AMP, Cast your burdens on Him...

Cast your burden on the L ord [release it] and He will sustain and uphold you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken (slip, fall, fail).  Ps. 55:22 AMP

All of those trials, troubles, worries, etc. cast them upon the Lord.  It says to release it.  Let it go.  God will sustain you.  God will hold you up and allow you to stand firm.  You will not slip, fail or fall.  Stop your struggling and rest in Him.  

“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened [by religious rituals that provide no peace], and I will give you rest [refreshing your souls with salvation]. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me [following Me as My disciple], for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest (renewal, blessed quiet) for your souls . For My yoke is easy [to bear] and My burden is light.”  Matt. 11:28-30 AMP

His yoke is easy and burden is light.  Carry Jesus and not your troubles.
