Be merciful... Lk. 6:36amp

"Be merciful (responsive, compassionate, tender) just as your (heavenly) Father is merciful."  Luke 6:36AMP

Need I elaborate more?  Jesus said it, and that's it.  There is no complaining about it, second guessing it, debating it, getting a second opinion (btw, yours and theirs doesn't matter anyway), phoning a friend, googling it, etc.  

He said, "Be merciful (responsive, compassionate, tender) just as  your (heavenly) Father is merciful."  There's that word again:  compassion (Lk. 15:20, Lam. 3:22-23).  Be compassionate towards one another.  Be tender (Eph. 4:32) towards one another.  When will the church aka the body of Christ, finally start living this scripture?  When will the bride finally embody Luke 6:36?  It must be the body as a whole, not just parts of the body.  We're still putting targets on the backs of fellow believers and non-believers alike.  You want to reach those in the dark?  You want to stop the "church hurt"?  Then start living the Word of God.  Start living Luke 6:36 and Eph. 4:32.  Quit asking what would Jesus do.  He is and has a whole book (John 1:14) telling you what to do; and in it He says be merciful and tenderhearted to others, just as He is.
