Growing pains, Is. 66:9NCV

In the same way I will not cause pain
without allowing something new to be born,” says the Lord.
“If I cause you the pain,
I will not stop you from giving birth to your new nation,” says your God. Is. 66:9 NIV

We can learn much from this verse.  We can learn massive amounts just from the first part:  "In the same way I will not cause pain without allowing something new to be born".  Some of us or maybe a lot of us right now are experiencing pain.  Whether it be spiritual growing pains or labor pains, God is actively teaching, growing and strengthening us. He is preparing us for the next chapter of our lives.  It is in these instances when we need to bear down and live through the pain because what He has in store for us on the other side of that pain is a blessing far greater than the pain we're currently experiencing.

What's on the other side is the birth of something new that will always change your life for the better.  Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.  Hang on just a little bit longer.  He's got this and He's got you!
